1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the basis on which Datalume ("we", "us", "our") makes its educational programmes available and governs the relationship between Datalume and anyone who enquires, enrols, or otherwise uses our website at datalumei.club ("you", "learner").

By submitting an enquiry form, confirming enrolment, or making payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment.

2. Our Programmes

Datalume currently offers the following programmes:

Programme content, scheduling, and delivery format may be updated from time to time to reflect developments in the field. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes at least 14 days in advance.

3. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once:

Datalume reserves the right to decline an enrolment if the programme is not suitable for a learner's stated background or goals. In such cases, any payment received will be returned in full.

Learners must be 18 years of age or older to enrol. Our programmes are conducted in English; a working level of written and spoken English is expected.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿ / THB) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

5.3 Datalume cancellation

If Datalume cancels a programme before it starts, enrolled learners will receive a full refund of fees paid. Where possible, we will offer an alternative programme date or equivalent programme. If we need to end a programme early for reasons within our control, we will issue a proportionate refund for the undelivered portion.

6. Programme Delivery

Our programmes are delivered online. Learners are expected to have a reliable internet connection, a device capable of running the tools specified for the programme, and the time commitment described in the programme outline.

Mentor sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement. If a learner needs to reschedule, at least 24 hours' notice is requested. Datalume will make reasonable efforts to accommodate reschedule requests; however, missed sessions with insufficient notice may not be recoverable within the original programme period.

Programme materials are provided for personal educational use during and after the programme. Access arrangements will be communicated at enrolment.

7. Learner Conduct

Learners are expected to engage with the programme in good faith and with respect for mentors, staff, and other participants. We ask that learners:

If conduct is found to be seriously disruptive or harmful, Datalume may end a learner's participation with a proportionate refund for the undelivered portion of the programme.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Datalume materials

All course materials, session recordings, written guides, exercises, and other content produced by Datalume remain the intellectual property of Datalume. Learners may use these materials for their own personal study but may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish them without prior written permission.

8.2 Learner work

Work produced by learners during a programme — including project code, analyses, datasets created by the learner, and portfolio deliverables — remains the intellectual property of the learner. Datalume does not claim any ownership of learner-created work.

With your prior consent, Datalume may refer to the general nature or subject area of a learner's project as an example of programme output. We will not publish, share, or display any learner work without explicit written permission from the learner.

9. Limitation of Liability

Datalume's programmes are educational in nature. We do not make representations about the commercial value of skills developed through our programmes, nor about outcomes that may follow from completion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Privacy and Data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.

11. Cookies

Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings on our website.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For enrolled learners, material changes to terms governing their current programme will be communicated directly by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of our website or services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
