Three Learner Journeys in Detail
Challenge
A marketing analyst in Bangkok had been working with Excel and basic statistics but wanted to build models that could identify patterns in customer behaviour data. She had no ML background and wasn't sure where to begin.
Programme
She enrolled in the Applied Machine Learning track and worked through it over ten weeks. The mentor sessions focused on helping her understand which model types suited the structure of her data, and how to interpret results without overfitting her conclusions.
Outcome
By the end of the programme she had working classification models, a solid understanding of evaluation metrics, and a set of tools she could apply to new datasets independently. She subsequently enrolled in the Data Engineering track.

Challenge
